Kau'e's 2 Year Wellness Appointment

Kau'e's 2 year wellness appointment today went well.

Stats:

Height: 36 1/2 inches (94%)
Weight: 41 lbs 7 oz (99%)
Head: 20 3/4 (99%)

Wears size 5 or 6 diaper
Wears size 4T clothing
Size Shoes 9 extra wide but this is only because his foot is so wide we have to go a size bigger

It's hard to believe that this preemie born at 32 weeks 5 days was once 5 lbs 2 oz and 18 inches long.  He sure is a big boy and we love him.

Things he is doing:

Stacking blocks
Saying some words and some 2 word sentences  (Doctor said if you want your child to talk more read at least 4 books to them daily.)
Coloring
Saying No with finger movements back and forth
Running/Jumping/Hiding
Reading/looking at books

He's a smiley boy and loves adventures.  He loves his basketball hoop and loves to slam dunk the ball (too much NBA watching).  There isn't a food he won't eat.  He still sleeps from 7-8pm to about 5-6am with one or two wake ups in the middle of the night. He does still take a nap but that ranges from 1 hour to 2 hours.  And those naps are usually around 11am.
