-In September we went to an apple butter festive along the skyline drive; skyland...Kau'e loved it! Super yummy food...all with apples.
-Kau'e's new love is Peppa the Pig and Paw Patrol.
-Kau'e has loved school and though its hard to get him up at and out the door by 7:09am we are doing it. It's a win win because I get to work out extra early and find that I have a lot of time left over to get all else done within the mom job.
-Kau'e is potty training and is actually doing a great job.
-We did sign Kau'e up for flag football but after one Saturday we realized it was too much for him. So we signed the whole family up for swim classes and we all go together. It is like a mommy and me class but I have Yara and Romulo has Kau'e. We just completed four weeks of that...may sign up for more.
-Yara is growing so much and is singing so many songs...abc, itsy bitsy spider, twinkle twinkle, counting. She is saying so many more clear words...its amazing! She has gotten so tall too!
-Yara has a lot of interest in the potty too! I need to get her on that quick.
-We went to Waterford Fair with Allison and Rob. It was a lovely day and one that I'll always cherish because of the fun memories with the kids.
-Both kids got their flu shots this year.
-Yara's eye is doing great. We go back for a follow up in January...eye doesn't really go all the way up but that is expected plus her under lid doesn't close close all the way when she squints her eyes...may need to look at that when she's 5-6 years old.
-I've been busy with my last semester in Pathway...I got accepted into BYUI online program so I start that in January. I am planning on signing up for 10 credits...crazy. I am really excited and motivated to finish up my degree. It feels amazing to be back in school though with two small kids its crazy busy.
-Romulo works long crazy hours...most nights he doesn't get home until 9...8pm on a good night. I know he's been in a lot of great deals but it takes him away from the home longer than liked but that goes with the territory, I guess.
